Buttock aesthetic treatments are one of the most important operations of body aesthetics and shape. But bbl has been the reason for preference of women as a high-quality procedure lately.

you are good candidate to have buttock augmentation. With augmentation your buttock will have round and curve shape. At the same time if you have enough fat deposit for fat injection to butt to perform BBL are suitable for Brazilian butt lift.

As I mentioned above buttock augmentation can be done either with silicone implant or fat injection to butt even sometimes both.

Butt Implant

Butt implant shape and volume is decided according to the patient desire. Operation takes approximately 1-2 hours and is performed under general anesthesia.

There will be 4-5 cm incision placed on groove between buttocks for each side of buttocks. Butt Implant will be inserted through that incisions inside or under the muscle. The incisions will be closed with resolvable sutures therefore there will be no stitches taken out session. To prevent blood accumulation around the placed implant, drains are inserted to the surgical area and they will be taken out after 1-2 day.

The result of butt implant surgery for buttock augmentation can be seen immediately after the operation. Swellings will go within 2-3 weeks and final result will be achieved. Since there will be no change in volume of silicone implant results of this procedure is permanent. I don’t want you to sit for 2 days but you are allowed after that.

Fat Injection to Butt / Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)

Brazilian Butt Lift is performed under general anesthesia and takes around 2-4 hours depending on the fat volume to be injected. Fat will be harvested with the help of Liposuction procedure from the areas which I will discuss and decide with you before the operation.

The suctioned liquid is a mixture of fat cells and blood and fluid, so a purification procedure will be used to separate the fat cells from others. Purified fat cells will be carefully injected into the regions that we have decided together while you are standing in front of the mirror. The risk of fat injection to butt surgery can be high if the fat injected to the muscle.

 

Because of that in my practice i only perform fat injection to butt for performing BBL to portion between skin and muscle not to the inside of the muscle. Recently there are some misunderstandings about Brazilian Butt Lift, which harms people lives. Fat injection to butt has to be done carefully to the place that i mentioned above. BBL has to be performed by experienced surgeon.

As with the BBL procedure, the most crucial point of every fat injection to butt procedure is how much of the fat cells can survive. To achieve this there are some actions that can be taken. I wrote everything about Fat Injection on my blog section.

The results of buttock enlargement with BBL can be observed very easily immediately after the operation, but the final result will be achieved between 6 months and 1 year. With this procedure, you will have a natural-looking buttock, but over time, projection decreases. Average fat cells are around 70-80% survival. As you gain or lose weight, your results may change as the transferred fat can grow or shrink like the fat tissue present in your body.

I don’t want you to sit or to lay down on your back for 3 weeks for increasing the survival rate for Brazilian Butt Lift. There will be a garment on the area where I performed liposuction but buttocks will be preserved from the pressure.

Sometimes buttock augmentation with implant gives projection of center of the butts, for more projection and whole buttock round prominence, fat injection to butt has to be added to butt implant surgery.
