Through this website, you can make payments via virtual pos related to the medical procedure you have requested to take place in Barıs Yigit's Clinic.

Within this context, this text has been prepared to inform you about your legal and contractual rights. Please carefully read our cancellation policy. Rarely can we make any exceptions to this unless the reason of the cancellation is a health issue, therefore a document of proof from your doctor should be given.
 To save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:

1. Before medical interventions, procedures and operations that you have requested; It is possible to freely exercise your right of withdrawal.

2. Before medical interventions, procedures and operations that you have requested, If our client cancels more than 72 hours in advance, the total amount (100%) of the deposit will be refunded. 
If our client cancels between 24 - 72 hours in advance, half (50%) of the deposit will be refunded. 
If our client cancels within 24 hours or no shows, no refunds will be given whatsoever.

3. In this case, the amount you have paid to us will be returned to you through the payment channel you used, without any charge and/or additional charge from you.
4. After the procedure, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
5. The right of withdrawal can only be exercised by sending it to us in writing.
6. These conditions and information text cannot be interpreted as a distant service or a distant contract.
